Released from Turkish club scored plenty for Blackpool and others at lower levels Ivory Coast/French 6’4 striker,always thought he was a good player and a real handful when we played against him reminded me of a league 1 Drogba...does what we expect Baka & Max,could be worth a punt as mentioned on the others thread reportedly in talks with 2 championship clubs landed back in uk today at Manchester airport.

Both Biamou & Jobello both follow him in Instagram

1 in 4 striker at leagues 1 and 2 level. You could probably make a case for him over Baka as fourth choice striker I suppose, if you could get Baka out. Won’t happen though.

He is an awkward bugger to play against - if his attitude is ok (no idea) I'd be ok with this - also was one I thought we might have had a look at last summer. is a much better player than Baka from what I remember of him.

Edit: if he is in talks with 2 other Championship clubs, we won't get him. ££££££££s

He’s better than Baka and max 18 in 36 last time out in league 1 before he left Blackpool

Championship quality? Really? He's 28 and averages 1 goal every 5 games, and that's skewed by having two decent seasons for Blackpool. He always seemed a bang average league one player to me

If we signed him I'd support him, but over the course of a 46 game season his stats suggest he'd score 3 more goals than either Max and Baka (both about 1 in 7 strikers). It's not a significantly better return. If we're looking to upgrade, I'm just not convinced he'll make a huge difference.

Don’t really think we should be looking to improve our 4th striker option (albeit I think he’d probably be our 3rd best), would much rather we improved the first XI.

Yeah, a 28 year old who has had one good season at the level below in his whole career definitely sounds like the kind of player we need.

Not picking on this post in particular but why are people so sure we have no funds? There have been a bunch of post alluding to us being broke but I'm not so sure, there may have been a few rumblings but we are not going to be broadcasting if we did, could just be miss direction. I'm sure we will see a new face or two.

That said we can do better than a 1 in 4 league 2 lump. Would rather a couple on loan. Young and pacey please.

Our problem isnt strikers but not creating chances. Our build up play is great until we get to the box then we have no one who can play that final ball to our strikers

One of the top strikers in L1 last season only behind Toney, seems to fit the bill in terms of attributes and playing style. Got to be worth a punt.

Blackpool fans forum seem to think I he’s come back to probably sign for someone,also saying needs to be done by Friday for work permit reasons...their fans would all take him back I dunno why but I think we’re in for this lad just a guess tho
