Nice lad - came across really well at the supporters club last week. Took decision to drop leagues earlier in hos career to get game time and experience, which seemed to have served him well - like his attitude on and off the pitch.
2bf to him he seems to take the chances when they drop to him. Didn’t go Saturday but in the Blackpool game - I was commenting to my friend about how we haven’t passed to him once...

It was tongue in cheek I like him but I do think it will knock his confidence if we don't start creating a few more chances for him but he's playing his role well although Saturday wasn't his best game.
Just as a sub note to anyone interested, it's always worth keeping an eye on the FA website for free qualifications. Last year they had the Level 1 Talent Identification qualification available to do online for free, which I did. It's now opened the door for me to go into coaching one of my children's teams, where if I do the Level 1 or 2 coaching, they'll reimburse me for it. Definitely worth doing if the chance arises, and good for the CV too.
Plus, at a lower level ie league 2/non league, level 1 allows you to be employed as a scout if you have experience in recruitment
