I have never really seen him play, only in friendlies so can't comment on what he is like or what sort of player he is.

I assume he is quite pacy which is what we need!

The fact he's been out on loan twice to lower league clubs as hasn't overly featured suggests he probably isn't ready. I've seen him come on as sub a couple of times and he hasn't exactly stood out.

Hmmmm if he can't feature for the a blue square prem team at the age of 19 is he likely to break through for us? I know its young and i'm not writing him off but to drop down that many divisions and still not start... it doesn't look great

Seen him play in the pre-season friendly's, he looked like a decent player for the future, skill full got a good bit of pace about him but seemed to be having a sulk for half of the game. Lets all remember that Turner took a lot pursuing and patience before he came good.

I might be wrong but I'm sure I remember reading that cambridge signed 4 or 5 other players when they signed Jeffers including a couple of experienced non league strikers.

And Cheltenham's strikers came back from injuries after a couple of games.. Perhaps he was just a bit unlucky...

Wilson has started virtually eddy game since he's been at Kettering....

Grandison has been getting rave reviews at Shrewsbury- with all of the mistakes Cameron has made in the last 10-15 games I wonder if we let the wrong one go....

Might as well give him a chance, things can't get that much worse. It's the only way we are gonna find out if he is any good

I suppose at the moment we have a chance to try out these types of players as there is nowt else to play for. Saying that if we continue to slide we may need some strikers to start scoring!!

If So why isn't he impressing managers enough to get time on the pitch? I'm sure if he trained well enough he would get a chance.

Are we desperate to loan him out and no lowere league clubs clammering at the door to take him? If that's the case it says a lot about how he is rated. However, if it's not and he has options then we need to insist that whoever takes him, plays him so that we get him back more experienced and closer to being ready. If he is training/bench warming then he would learn more by staying as I would hope he benefits from better coaching by us than a lower/non league outfit.

We have pretty much had those clauses imposed on us when we've taken players from the PL to gain experience so we need to be stronger in our loaning out deals. It's the same when we have previously had ex-players hurting us and yet ones that we have taken have not been permitted to play against their former or parent club.

We had that clause on Danny Ward that if he came to us he had to play. Pretty pointless going somewhere else to sit on the bench!
