im more interested to find out how many NOPM supporters actually just dont go because they cant be arsed anymore , instead of using NOPM as a smokecreen to be able to still label themselves as loyal supportersWhen SISU came, were hailed as saviours, and bought players...
Attendances dipped.

If 12000 still stay away with new owners , NOPM is bollox and always was..factEveryone has their reasons.
You or I are nobody to question anyone's loyalty.
Agreed !New ambitious owners, new tactically aware manager, a few positive results..................crowds would rise by around 5000 to start with. Next season with a good start and challenging, average 14-16000 !

I agree with the course of action new owners would take will affect attendances also , but my point is the vast majority of people claim they dont go because of sisu , so surely a decent upturn in attendances would be expectedMost people don't go because they've had enough, fed up being lied to and taken advantage of.
How many return will depend on the actions of new owners.

If you take a look on facebook etc , there are now a few supporters who are starting to label people that go scabs , or we are theones that are funding sisu , my point is that if sisu go tomorrow all these NOPM supporters that have sat there and moaned about every aspect of the club whilst staying away will surely attend again , and if they dont then the club will look ridiculous still getting 9k at home , whilst 12000 supporters have sat back and just not bothered ...again .. Its statistically impossible that 12000 supporters have just lost interest , so an upturn of decent numbers even 3-4 k shouldbe expected at a minimumI'm interested as to why you believe that people who "can't be arsed anymore" would want to "still label themselves as loyal supporters".
Is it the glamour that comes from associating oneself with a team at the wrong end of the third division? Or the pride that comes from identifying with the most litigious owners in the football league?
Personally, I'm much more worried about the ones who "can't be arsed anymore" and have simply drifted away from our club.
Just read that on facebookI've got a season ticket and been a fan for over 50 years, not bothered if I go or not at the moment, found other interests. Just not been entertained 90% of this season. I've seen half a good game at home against Peterboro, and great away performance at Walsall. Apart from that we have been really shocking at times. The game at Oldham comes to mind, (yes I was there). The team is poor and appears to have no direction. Personally I think it will be a miracle if we don't go down. Something dramatic needs to happen, but I just don't see it. I truly believe if SISU are still in 18 months we'll be heading for the conference and oblivion.

I dont blame supporters for wanting to stay away , i dont want to come accross like that , i just want to be clear that i think NOPM for alot of people , is mearly an excuse
But what do SISU gain from that? What is their plan?
They could of course just be inept, and not be trying to gain anything from failure...
Yes they could, but there must be a plan, inept or otherwise.
I think there are very few NOPM'ers at the moment, the main reason for low attendances is that we're losing, and giving very little in the way of entertainment, change one of those things, ideally both, and attendances will rise.
Always a plan, but given the state of the club from the moment they came in, it's always going to be a high risk one.
Consequences of failure are, yes, indeed, ultimate oblivion. I keep seeing people saying that won't happen, but why not? CCFC aren't SISU's only interest, they need to send strong mssages out, and it's not like they've any incentive to keep going.
Sad though it is, we probably have to cling to the thought that one of the high risk plans actually works! The foundations are broken, they have been ever since McGinnity flogged off everything that wasn't nailed down, and that doesn't fix easily.
Would you, or anyone for that matter, like to speculate as to what the plan might be? It seems to me that if you rule out investment at some point, they may as well go now. So why do they not?

IMO it would add no more than 2.5-3k to the gate. The end of the day we're 20th in league and in real danger of relegation. "I'm not paying £22 to watch shit league one football, will be the excuse.
If people have got out the habit and found other things to do on Saturday, they're not likely to come back and get back in the habit.
