Hate to break it to you, he has made itShocking tonight, he will not make it as a professional footballer .
I will admit he wasn’t man of the matchHes dreadful tonight
If he's made it then I've got a chance.Hate to break it to you, he has made it
I think this was Widdrington he came back in for him with Bristol rovers just after he went there,I can’t work out how he’s made it a pro footballer honestly can’t.Serious question here.... who actually signed him? I can only think they were looking at another Walsall player and got the names mixed up and we were to ashamed to admit it.
Never was going to be good enough so we shouldn’t be surprised.
Mediocre - AdjectiveBaka at times looks like he is capable of doing some quite skilful things but it's a glimpse a game and even then there is rarely any end product.
Christmas he needs to sold assuming his form maintains the mediocre levels he is currently operating at.
That was the conversation with a couple of guys at work recently that it was head scratching that he has made a living as a pro footballer and we actually paid a fee for him. Who scouted him needs booting out.I think this was Widdrington he came back in for him with Bristol rovers just after he went there,I can’t work out how he’s made it a pro footballer honestly can’t.
I can completely see why he was signed. He has some great physical attributes - his size and height, he's quick for a guy his size, left footed, still young. On some of his old Walsall videos he was unpredictable too - he would be running into the channels and going on Adebola style runs where you never quite knew what was gonna happen next. That's a great foundation to build on if the desire and understanding to improve is there. That was the conversation with a couple of guys at work recently that it was head scratching that he has made a living as a pro footballer and we actually paid a fee for him. You would think, unless he don't have much intelligence, that he would be busting a gut a) to try and get a starting slot and b) to earn a new contract because on these showings surely no other dumb ass is going to sign him!I can completely see why he was signed. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be. Doesn't seem to have much football intelligence or self motivation at all and he's never looked like a natural striker in the box. At the same time it looks like we've tried to coach him into being the focal point in that 4-2-3-1 and now 4-3-3 and ironically the discipline required for that role has taken away what little edge he had before and that unpredictability seems to be gone too.
Can't see him being kept on beyond the end of his contract in the summer.
He did a couple of nice things when moved to the left too when Biamou came on. Wouldn't mind him being given 20 minutes instead of Jobello up against a tired fullback to see if it can inspire him a bit. He should get a bit more freedom then as he won't be up against 2 big centrebacks or playing on the last line with his back to goal.i actually thought he was good 1st half and wanted him to be more like that more often
however 2nd half he was crap but then the whole team was it seemed

Hey! Leave gardening out of this, if you don't mind.Do you think that this is all a bit too much for you?
I’m sure there’s a nice Gardening forum you can join where the only subject on controversy is which colour Rose should be grown in a medium size flower bed
I’ve seen enough of the lad been here over a year with coaching he’s not got itI dont like slating our players, we know they dont all ooze with skill but in Bakas case, because this thread is about him, he has the physical attibutes but not the apptitude to be better or so it seems. He is in a privileged position of being able to play pro football with an apparent transfer fee of 350k and i would guess a couple of grand or so a week so he needs to try and start earning it
Thought he was good first half, and on the left. Wasn’t even close to the worst player last night. Some people just need a boo boy.
Exactly what I said when he made his debut, just hasn't improved enough. He is not good enough and should of gone on loan to league 2.His game has not improved since we signed him.
