Chris Hussey (ankle), Sammy Clingan (Achilles), Gary McSheffrey (ankle) and Alex Nimely (hamstring) will have late fitness tests while Gary Deegan (hamstring) and defender Cyrus Christie are definitely ruled out.

Aaron Phillips, Shaun Jeffers and Billy Daniels to join Jordan Willis in the match day squad.

Oh well. That's what a squad our size gets you.

I m afraid I ll have to rule myself out too, so that's some defence splitting passes out of the equation

It's all about the timing though Torch.

Why couldn't we have this injury crisis when we were on a bad run and losing games anyway?

Now we really need every player we have to be available. This is the most crucial part of our season and this could have severe repercussions and decide our future.

Reasonably full squad and I would be saying we still have a very good chance of surviving.

Now i can only see relegation.

You never know a miracle might happen and we might win the kids that have been drafted up seem to have had a decent season together in the academy leagues so maybe they will bring something to the table tonight and get a goal or two. PUSB

Where's duffy now? Where's his smart comment on this one?

The potential for 4 players on the bench with less than 5 games experience amongst them, going into a game that's our most important for many a year

Though I have my doubts I would hope that there is an outside chance against a team with nothing to play fir

Bad news is that AT is saying that 2 or 3 of those carrying injuries won't play tonight.

Good news is that Carl Baker might make the bench.

He was excellent those last two games before he got injured though wasn't he.

Super sub tonight maybe? Chair lift around the City centre showered with confetti maybe?

1-0 to the City, Baker beats 13 men (some of them twice) and scores the best ever goal in the history of association football!!

He then dashes to his private jet and arrives at Bristol airport just in time to score with a diving header for West Ham to win them the game and bag the 3 points there too.

Saw Phillips in a couple of pre-season games, he was a decent player but not sure if he's ready for first team

Perhaps Thorn should player - be a player manager - worked with Strachan - why not?

Bet if he stood on one post and faced sideways that his belly would comfortably reach the opposite post and therefore form an impenetrable barrier.

You know that some people would say this is the fans fault, right?

Well he can't do it all on his own, can he? :D
