Really strikes me that some very, very basics of the game need lots of work in our squad. Roll call:
Use right foot: Bassette, Dasilva.
Trap the ball: Simms
Pass whilst running: Sheaf Eccles
Short pass : Lati, Sheaf, Thomas
Use energy: Mason-Clark
Defend : Defence

Which reminds me, I must find out who BTA agent is! This guy could sell sand to the Arabs!! We’ve been sold a proper dud here

He's not the only dud we've bought this season and last. How the fuck did our recruitment team identify DaSilva, Collins, Binks, EMC, Kitching, as well as BTA, as valuable additions to our squad of players?

I thought Da Silva and Collins were recommendations of Robins previous no 2 .

Our team looks worse than it is, we have top talents in Wright, Simms. Mason Clarke, Sheaf, Sakamoto and MVE
But we then have Joel, Luis Binks, Bobby, Liam, Dasilva, BTA, Rudoni who are simply poor.

Combine them together and you have what we have currently. It's not we aren't performing as expected, it's we have half the squad that are top players and the other half that are borderline league 1 level.

Ah, that's true. Still, our record of identifying and signing quality additions to the squad is poor. BTA got a very nice reception from the West Brom fans when he came on tonight, think they recognise him as a player not good enough for this division

it certainly appears that way. Apparently at west brom he scored 11 in a season but we now know that was after 4,847 shots

Think you either can or can't pass naturally .. Saka and Torp are a rare commodity in this squad . Either that or you have to be concentrating 100% and pass with some effort or else you see what we saw last night, constantly putting ourselves under pressure with poorly hit passing.
