Word already out that we will be receiving some 'warm' welcomes on our travels next season....

Time for the awayday regulars to study the 70s/80s videos and stick together....

Lol, I've heard it all before. This is a thread for either spotty little chavs or overweight men in their 40's who are living in the past and have not grow up. Still wearing Rockports and Ralph Lauren jackets.

Agree, if anything league one will be a timewarp. The lower you go the worse it gets in my opinion. The lads who went donny+bristol this year and preston a few seasons back will know that stuff still goes down, nowhere near as it was mind.

The further down the pyramid you get the more widespread it is. Should be a good season, really looking forward to it. Much better than the happy clappy PL.

I don't condone violence, well, actually, I don't mind it to be honest.

But to prove that everyone has a macabre interest in it, when it went off against Doncaster, everyone was watching the rumble with the stewards and missed the goal.

YOU ALL LOVE IT!!!

I was taking the piss mate.

As I have just entered my 40s, it's all Lyle and Scott and Pringle jumpers...you younger lads are into the really natty gear. Fair play.

Jesus no. Makes cricket look exciting.

Fighting is for people who have nothing to add to the world. Like how my 2 year old knocks down towers of blocks because she can't build them.

Destruction is always a manifestation of unhappiness with your own limitations.

It's not relishing, NLHWC, but it happens, the lads have a few beers, there can be good banter with the away fans, and sometimes it spills over. That's a fact, no one wants it, but it can happen. A lot of it is front these days. It's part of the day out for some football fans...always has been, always will be. The lower down the leagues you go, the more you find it and a higher proportion of die-hards will accept what I have just stated as part of a Saturday afternoon/Tuesday evening.

Apologies if it offends.

A simplistic and ill-thought out view.

However, I won't criticise you for it....you keep having a pop though....:thinking about:

It's not about violence it's about the tribalism and adventure of going with a group of lads to another town or city and having a good laugh. If you get picked on you stand up for yourself but most the time it's a good day out

Absolutely 100% bang on, Macca.

I have been to some Blues games with the Zulus....a quality day out....top set of lads, and a good day out.

Whether the PL-loving SKY-watching fans disapprove is not the issue, it's what thousands of lads do week in, week out....no harm in it whatsoever.....great escapism.
