Always been my philosophy never tell anyone how much you have always plead poverty and get the best deal possible !Obviously not saying Robins is going to get a million to spend, far from it but how often to managers say "I have all this money now to go and buy players" if we are trying to bring players in.
If we were trying to buy Walker for 500k for example and they see we have just sold Chaplin so have more that 500k may become 800k if Robins is bragging about having it all to spend
I'm amazed Barnsley talk so highly of him.
He must have a hell of a good CV.
Because he certainly will never be a prolific goal scorer.
Great business.
Didn’t fit into our system and many on here heavily critical of him and we have made a profit, so win all round.
Time to move on.
He looks like he should be selling pills outside a teenage disco in Albania.
Amazed at how many are not happy about this but he was slated for his performances lolEveryone needs to put their big boy pants on and getoverit
He wanted to go
He’s gone
Suckitup
SISU will invest it wisely, I'm sure.
That's interesting. Fingers crossedWalker on the bench for Forest tonight. They made seven subs and he didn't get on...
Be better if he wasn’t even in the squad though...seems a lot of people wishing for this to happen how good is this guy ? Has anyone even seen the lad play ?That's interesting. Fingers crossed
Utter tripe

I'd be amazed if it didn't happen. Look how many times a good player is suddenly shite and a shite player is suddenly good when sold.Amazed at how many are not happy about this but he was slated for his performances lol
I'm sure you're joking, but some people really do believe transfer receipts make their way back to SISU.
What are operating costs, £6.5 million a year? So we have to find more than 500K a month to pay salaries and cover costs. We've probably made 500K from season ticket sales so far, so that's one month covered.
Nope, common sense. And your record of assessing players is... ???
Correction we are a substitute downBetter than his and this “making a profit” is nonsense. We don’t get a cheque for £1 million and we will still be paying the initial fee for him - we are a player down
Correction we are a substitute down
Yes lets ignore Robins and play Chaplin as a lone striker, a position he clearly doesn't suit. Grendel logicagain. Amazed you can get up by yourself let alone have a valid opinion. So we play Bakayoko and biamou ahead of him whose goal scoring record for us is worse - makes sense

Agreed, there is no way the cash is going back to sisu, it’s covering losses. However, it does minimise what sisu are losing, which in turn means they can hang on for longer.
We all wait and hope that someone comes in for club with a longer term vision/plans (other than battering people in court). If the additional cash holds them back from selling at a sensible price to someone who has got a longer term vision, then in my view they might as well pocket it.
Jesus you’re absolutely delusionalRangers and Celtic are top half Championship / Premier League yo-yo level, perhaps Celtic are a PL team actually, rest of the league bottom half Championship. Certainly better than League 1.
Given you rate thomas over him we will leave it thereGiven you seem to thing hiwula is something special as he was a Man City academy player — well let’s leave it there
Why do you always go back to this? It works both ways...yes it’s unlikely we get a cheque for 1m but exactly as you say - we also wouldn’t have paid out the transfer fee up front either?Better than his and this “making a profit” is nonsense. We don’t get a cheque for £1 million and we will still be paying the initial fee for him - we are a player down
If we don’t get another striker then we are screwed. Bakayoko and Biamou are not got enough
Well, not going to get us 20 goals each, or possibly even between them.If we don’t get another striker then we are screwed. Bakayoko and Biamou are not got enough
