I thought Mason had a really good first half but then got visibly tired in the second. If Robins had McCallum on the bench I’m sure he would have subbed him off midway through the second half, he was being targeted by them every time they got possession. On another note, Dabo’s fitness was incredible. He kept making lung busting runs right through to the end of extra time.

I think that will be a continuing problem with the better teams targetting Mason, especially if their wide players have height (it's almost the same as in the Kelly-Evans days, but not quite as extreme). When you've got Dabo doing superman impressions on the other side it's obvious they will see Mason as a better option to attack. Mason also needs to improve his heading, it was very poor on Tuesday even when he wasn't being challenged. It was very obvious that he wasn't comfortable every time he had to deal with a ball in the air.
