Shipley is awful
The big problem for me is how deep McFadzean always wants to play. He drags the whole team back. We'd have a lot more going forwards if we were playing 10 yards higher and Shipley-OHare-Hamer were closer to Walker.The errors we are showing are the same but we’re against a worse team and we have one less up front and at the back. This was done a few games too early.

Birmingham aren't pressing high. Our back line have loads of time.I think we’d be better going a bit more direct, the high pressing in this league is meaning we’re constantly losing the ball in dangerous areas.

Shipley is a No 10. Nothing else. Not enough pace or stamina to play wide and doesn’t have the passing range or strength to play centre mid
Against a better team we'd be a couple down here.

This is set up has killed us going forward. Walker looks sharp but service is non existent.
