Thought He is a defensive midfielder?I try and think behind the headline before clicking onto CET headlines, knowing it's likely to be a rehashed version of an existing story.
This time, though 'Striker move a step closer' proclaims the CET headline. OK, I thought, there's been no talk of a striker....let's see....................Gustavo Hamer
Got me again - they really are gash
I think that's then put in an article.
"Wasps chief ignores offer of discussion about CCFC"
That type thing.
The fact they still haven't reported about the wasps director in the brothel is telling, they would have a field day if it was fisher.

Or this:Another recent cet headline...
Coventry link as management team is odds-on favourite to land Bolton job
...about Coventry born Ian evatt being in for the Bolton job.
Clear click bait.
The site low grade like the adverts that slow it down.
The ads and links to other sites prevail across the industry .I have to say, I agree with most on here. The CET website has really lost the plot. The click bait is what really gets me and most of all the site is awful and unbearable. So much advertisement and other links I feel diverting you to some real dodgy sites.
I have given up on it as its too painful to navigate through without getting these bloody popups. Since Mirror Trinity Group took over it really gone down the shitter. Too many non stories and amatuerish journalism where it seem their only source of information seems to be from twitter.
Hi Tom, as someone who also works in the sports media landscape, enjoy your day off and don't worry about it.
100% Agree I absolutely love Athletic, no bullshit too the point, nice layout ectI imagine I must be in the minority of people who don't read articles because of the headline. All the sensationalist bollocks actively makes me not click it because I know it's gonna be shite. It's easy to draw semi-interested parties in I suppose, but would much rather a less attention-grabbing line that sounds like the article might actually be interest. 'Riding the play-off roller-coaster with Exeter' from the Athletic this morning. No capitals, or sensationalist language, but I know the article will actually be insightful and a worthy read.
Hi @Tom Leach is there any particular reason you disabled my question about the indemnity clause in the q&a tonight? Why won't the CET do their duty to the football club that belongs in the city they are based in and question a London rugby club on why they want the indemnity clause and do a campaign for them to drop it

What Q&A is this?
If that’s right it’s a fucking poor show. When people think you’re hiding something you don’t to that even if you’ve got good reason without explanation.
Edit: found it. It’s a transfers Q&A you lemon, what’s the indemnity got to do with that?
Us being back at the Ricoh would enable us to have more money to spend on transfers (it's a reach I know)... Still doesn't matter, could have replied to say sorry this isn't the place for this and then point to a place where it is (like when I repeatedly asked in the andy tuner ones earlier in the year and got ignored) but just disabling the comment shows that they don't even want it mentioning which sets alarm bells ringing

I love you man but it’s just someone cleaning up spam. Ask that at a relevant forum and get ignored I’ll be right there with you.
Wonder if there are 5 reasons?
I think the q and a is to just get young kids worked up by asking random questions to somebody they think is in the know.
Well when you put it like that, I didn't mean in a now then now then kind of way.Why does @Tom Leach want to get young kids worked up Nick?
