Their attendances are poor this season, just below 11k average. Not sure how many the allocation will be but will sound like a city home game with anything like 3000 in there.
We should really be trying to win the match vs Blackburn away considering:
a) Brereton will be missing.
b) Their form has been up and down lately and they look kind of ripe for the taking.
c) It would be sweet revenge for the heavy defeats last season
d) Our away form needs to pick up
Hopefully a great turnout, but we shouldn't turn it into a bigger event than it is, into a kind of cup tie with loads of hype, the danger being 4 days later at Preston we rock up with a few hundred and it is a big anti-climax. I'd rather take 3K to Blackburn and 1.5K to Preston than a massive following to Ewood Park and a tinpot one a few days later.
