Blanket ban on Northampton (2 Viewers)

So here we go. SISUE have shown their true colours. It is time that we all came together. Forget about past disagreements.

We need the 'home' games to have only away supporters. No home support. The papers would be all over it now SISUE have taken a charity to court. Let another good investigative journalist show the timeline of what is going on. Maybe a bit more pain for anyone that has paid for a ST or a few tickets in advance, but the future of our club is really at stake now. We all need to stand together and show them we have all had enough. I will never again go to a game where they will get a penny. No Arsenal, Manure or even Stockport games will I go to. I will still be there for away league games though.

The worse thing is we will still have a few that will try and find excuses for them

It won't make any difference and you won't, neither do you have any right, to tell other people what they should do. I hate threads like this, if you don't wanna go don't, it's fair enough; those that want to go fair play to them.

HIGGS are suing SISU in this case not the other way round as your article states, SISU has to defend the case by counter claiming! Why is HIGGS suddenly now suing SISU they have had nearly two years to do this, fucking PR wagon in full flight i tell you uits all Dog Shit just to divide and smoke screen the real issues

Over the past couple of months my standing/viewpoint regarding this has changed.

I've never been a SISU supporter but had never held them 100% to blame for our predicament. I still believe other parties have to shoulder some of the blame.

Previously if an individual wanted to watch Coventry City in Northampton then so be it. I had no qualms whatsoever.

However with the latest news regarding them suing The Higgs Trust I can no longer support people who willingly and knowingly put money in our owners pockets.

As Astute has suggested, I think the time has come for a complete boycott of Sixfields.

As pointed out previously the Charity has instigated the legal action against SISU, not the other way round

No, he is requesting new collective action from Cov fans for a specific reason. The reason being that Sisu are hoping to take £100k+ off a Coventry charity in court. Money used for deprived children and other good causes in the Coventry area.

SISUE agreed with higgs that they would pay all legal bills even if they didn't go ahead with buying the Higgs share. They didn't. Then they didn't pay the legal bill. Do you think that the charity should pay for this? Do you think that it is OK for SISUE to sue a charity for a six figure sum?

I'm not going into that, the charity are suing the club and the club has the right to counter sue if they really want. I personally wish all this suing crap would end, the only folk that currently think different to that I'd have thought is the lawyers who must absolutely love us at the minute but that's out of my control. It has no relevance to Sixfields or getting us back to Coventry however.

Yes the Charity did sue SISU for the payment. But if someone (in a general sense) doesn't pay something they have contracted for what are you supposed to do? just write it off? put it down to experience? or try hold them legally to account?

Counter suing is still the legal process of suing someone. It may be a response in this case to the original Charity claim but look at what is reported as the basis of the counter claim I would hazard a guess a claim by SISU had a possibility of happening any way

We will never be together as one, this is what drives me insane. We're people with different opinions and our own minds, it's the wonder of being human. I want Cov back in Cov more than anybody and IF I felt boycotting would get us home I'd do it, very happily. Boycotting won't make any difference though.

SISUE are not our football club. SISUE are a hedge fund that are ripping the heart out of our club whilst trying to make millions for their investors. And now they are attacking a local charity to try and make a quick buck.

This is the final straw for me. This latest reprehensible action from our owners has not just tainted the club, it’s now toxic and I no longer want any association with it. It makes me feel thoroughly ashamed of the club. I’ve lost interest, it’s not the club as I knew it. I can’t see me ever going to any more games until this shower of shit have left. It’s sad that there’s still be those ready to defend the indefensible.

Just a slight observation, perhaps you may get more credence if you stop using SISUE instead of SISU, because it seems to give a childish edge to comments that obviously come from the heart and that you are passionate about.
