I think Sisu have known it will be a ground share for a while they know wasps won’t back down they will sit this out away from the Ricoh problem is how long will it take for wasps to break and where will the groundshare be...
Call me a contrary old bugger but, despite my loathing of Wasps, I'd find this one worse. How is this any different to the last time they took us away from Cov ?
They'd also be frothing if it got to the deadline with Wasps still refusing to talk and the club didn't have another option prepared.People frothing on facebook. Saying they will only get STs if at the Ricoh.
Or we go bust first with crowds of 1000 or less. The ground share will be until wasps go bust can anyone really see wasps here 5-10 years time ? I think if we move now it won’t be a quick return...
Some very worrying scenarios being painted here.
Why is it worrying?worrying beacue they are very real. Not saying I disagree, but fans happier this time to follow the club out of Cov is very worrying.
Why is it worrying?
Disagree. And ccfc won’t go bust ? Wherever we go our current regular 10/11000 gate will reduce by about 75%. I’d give us two seasons max.
We’ll probably groundshare until Sisu are done with the Ricoh court row, at which point they’d either (try to) get us back at the Ricoh or try to sell.
Who knows could be a year could be 10How long do we think that could be ?, 5 / 10 years ?
Who knows could be a year could be 10
If wasps continue to lose 10m plus a year if players leave after this season attendances drop and let’s say they get relegated which is possible it could be but I don’t think it will be that quick.Agreed that no one knows. Not sure I agree that it could be 1 year. This is what they do.
How many more courts are there? (Serious question I don’t know the UK/EU court system perfectly)How long do we think that could be ?, 5 / 10 years ?
As their “losses” continue to mount, surely they wilingness to continue increases ?
Disagree.
First of all, as long as we’re somewhat close to home (local non league, Walsall etc), they wouldn’t be that low I don’t think. Second of all, Rochdale, Burton, Accrington, and Fleetwood are not going bust in L1 with average attendances of under 3500, and there are 9 L2 teams with under 3500 attendances. From a business perspective, Sisu could sell top players, not agree to big contracts, and keep us alive if a groundshare is for an extended period of time. Plus, there’s a possibility we get promoted this season.
Relax yourself. I didn’t say that the situation described was ideal. All I did was respond to someone who said we’ll go bust in 2 years max.Leonard Brady.......
Local, Walsall
Teams not going bust in L1 with fates of 3500, maybe, but they don’t progress up the ladder without a benefactor.
Are you advocating a return to league 2 ?
SISU could sell some top players, not agree to big contracts, then wave goodbye to Mark Robins, we pay poor money anyway, you get what you pay for and again prepare for league 2 at best.
Nice to see the lessons of the past have been learnt you tool.
And if it comes to that, it won’t be permanent, just until Sisu finish in the courts and sell, or get back to the Ricoh.Leonard Brady.......

The Euro court system I believe could take upto 3 years just to start and then there’s sure to be an appeal procedure from either beaten side, we could do with knowing the exact procedure and possible time structure and that of the civil courts too.And if it comes to that, it won’t be permanent, just until Sisu finish in the courts and sell, or get back to the Ricoh.
Absolute farce!! How could efl agree to another move out of coventry?
It's my mood today.Absolute farce!! How could efl agree to another move out of coventry?
I repeat, I think it's a fair question to ask our owners how they intend to ensure our continued existence, should we move again. They can agree to it to keep the club alive. It’s better than not existing?
How long were Brighton out of their home before coming backWho knows could be a year could be 10
Absolute farce!! How could efl agree to another move out of coventry?
They didn't have to actually pay anything. They had to agree to pay it if they didn't come back.Didn't the club have to pay the EFL a £1M bond, the last time we moved out of Cov?
the Toe Rag at MK Dons didnt have to pay his million for not coming back to Wimbledon LOLThey didn't have to actually pay anything. They had to agree to pay it if they didn't come back.
