Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd has said that his team will not be like other City sides of the past who have dropped the table when the Christmas decorations start coming down.
City supporters have seen it all before including last season when the Sky Blues have been doing well, only to slump and finish in a lowly league position. But the current Coventry manager Aidy Boothroyd is determined not to let that happen.
Speaking to the CT, Boothroyd said: "We've created a little bit of momentum here and that's come through a lot of hard work.
"If anybody thinks we are a team that just stops at Christmas, as perhaps might have happened in the past, that's not going to happen because I will be on them and they will be on each other.
"There's no time for sulking - we've got to get on with it."
to be honest if you look at any other team we actually have the toughest xmas games of any if we beat qpr im sure well go on the win the next 2 after that and stay in the play offs if we lose or next 3 tho it be a different story but we have a good enough squad to stay in the top 6 i feel.
