Anyone who uses this as an excuse to go to Northampton is no better than pond life as far as I'm concerned.
If you wish to go to Northampton, join the other 1500 or so and go, some people have kids who are not old enough to understand and go for that reason, its your choice. Anyone who is behind this crazy idea obviously hasn't got the balls to make their own decision, just does what the 'crowd' decides and follows like sheep and all along is desperate to go to Northampton. Anyone who jumps on this bandwagon and goes for 1 game is pathetic.
Please what is wrong with the education system in this country that people don't know the difference between You're and your, and Cleaver and Clever?
It's English OUR LANGUAGE and so many people fail to use it correctly. I appreciate that this is an internet forum and the grammer police need not apply but come on, at least try to make sense. What makes it worse is that google can be accessed within seconds if you're unsure as to how to spell a word or what it means.
Homer this is not aimed directly at you but is a generalisation aimed more at the education system than the people whom it has failed.
1. The English Language is always changing and not set in stone.
2. People should not be excluded from a debate on grammar alone.
3. Modern IT systems mess with your spelling and grammar, some bizarre words get inserted.
4. "We speak with an accent exceedingly rare"
Gosh people are too sensitive. It is an idea and will only work if a significant amount of people think it's a goer. I have not been to a home game outside of Coventry apart from the game at Leicester in the cup that time(why was that?) and dont intend to go again but I thought (wrongly it appears) that rather than allow fisher to claim the crowd shows one thing, that we can claim it does no such thing as we decided 'en masse' that we decide how to support our club and how best to do it.
I still think it's not a bad idea but all this nonsense about whose cock is bigger than someone else's is crazy. We are all fans and love our club that has been taken hostage (ok maybe not rfc) and if we could accept that these threads wouldn't end up with us getting sensitive with one another
