I would be happy for someone senior from SISU to speak to them. However when your previous offer was described as derisory you really need to come back with something significantly improved, not just a promise of a few quid if Wilson leaves Bournemouth.
So what outcome would you like to see?
Re: Hoffman et al. Be careful what you wish for. Would they be able to fund the ongoing losses the club makes/
What would I like to see or what is most realistic?
Unfortunately we have to wait until May to vote them outAnyone would be better than these twats we have in charge at the minute

However you want to answer the question ?

The offer does not cover the value of Ryton, would be cheap training ground for a rugby team!!
I want somebody with shit loads of money to come in, build up our infrastructure and the club from the bottom to the top. Make us self sustainable and able to compete at the highest level. Once the infrastructure is done, then just go for it to get us back to the Premier League (all without wanting a penny back).
Realistically, I can see this attempt not working and us playing somewhere else. Very worst case is CCFC dies and a new club gets started up at the Ricoh and certain people live happily ever after.
At least there still was a club, at this rate there won't be oneDo you remember the state Hoffman and Co left the club last time ?
There will, there will be a new one playing at the Ricoh remember? At least there still was a club, at this rate there won't be one
Well i won't be joining ya going to watch themThere will, there will be a new one playing at the Ricoh remember?
Seem to recall a few people saying the same when wanting SISU to come in.Anyone would be better than these twats we have in charge at the minute
As with anything you are only going to be able to buy it if you offer a price the seller deems acceptable. Saying you don't have to take SISU seriously when they say it is derisory is ridiculous. They are the current owners and it is them alone who will decide if any offer is satisfactory.Derisory compared to what? Did you see what Villa and Wolves sold for and what you got for your money in terms of tangible assets? Just because honest SISU describes it that way doesn’t mean you have to take them seriously. CCFC has a ceiling price and I think you would be hard pressed to argue that even without a Wilson windfall we’ve passed that place when you make a comparison to other clubs.
Sisu can accept whatever they want for their club. It's as cold as that.Derisory compared to what? Quite.Given that, If I were in SISU's shoes, I wouldn't have accepted any of their offers so far, I don't hold out too much hope on this one.
Also, still brings characters back in who I wouldn't want anywhere near the running of the club.
Just needs some leaked pictures like last time.Be interesting if it comes out that the new consortium has spoken to Wasps provisionally wouldn't it?
Not sure how they could say with any certainly we'd be at the Ricoh next season if they hadn't had talks.Be interesting if it comes out that the new consortium has spoken to Wasps provisionally wouldn't it?
It is understood Mr Hoffman is bidding on the basis that such a takeover would ensure Coventry City would remain in Coventry at the Ricoh Arena after its tenancy arrangements expire this season.
It doesn't matter if anyone on here thinks their offer was crap or not. Its how it compare to what SISU want. Its not like its a first offer, this is the fifth time round. Any serious bidder by now would be approaching meeting the sellers price or would have walked away.I find it odd some think that because SISU dismiss an offer out of hand for the contracts of some 3rd tier players and a training ground that the bid was crap.

Its clear that an attempt has been made to distress the club prior to this bid going in to try and force their hand but as many predicted it won't work as the owners simply could not care less about the club.
I'm sure that will be part of the headlinesIf they have a club left to sell.

Therefore if someone makes an offer and gets told its derisory coming back again, let alone to make a 5th bid, without a significant improvement in the offer is pointless.
WTF are you on about? You accept the council selling to wasps then?
