The bloke is a waster. Has no determination to play football.

He'll regret it when he's late 20s and has no true future career.

Can see why Robins took the chance, sometimes they pay off, sometimes they don't but a fit, fired up and motivated Bright would have given us coverage for O'Hare and something different, clearly not happened for whatever reasons and wage freed up for someone else possibly although those types of players are not easy to find. From what I gather, the club put loads into supporting his mental health. He threw it back at them multiple times.

Some players just don't actually enjoy playing football, despite being incredibly talented. Definitely seems to be the case with Bright.

He would have been on low wages and/or a heavily incentivised deal so I don't think we've lost out on much.

What a waste of talent, surely he's done as a professional footballer now. I hope he gets the help he clearly needs and the situation hasn't cost the club too much financially. The complete lack of detail doesn't suggest it was a particularly happy parting of the ways so hopefully we don't have any further time/money to spend on tribunals etc
