Less tempted to say Baggies is winnable due to our pants record there but I think Millwall are over performing and are not gonna be up the top come the end of the season
Losing to Burnley away is not exactly a disaster when taken in isolation. Although I didn’t think for a long time they looked anything special themselves. I think more the worry is that somehow we’ve gone from a team that looked like it could win anywhere to a team that could lose against anyone. Our mouths were watering in August at the prospect of such a supposedly strong squad but blatantly some of our new options have turned out to be very disappointing. A new manager will need a huge slice of luck to get the same players firing…..and I think we’ve used some of our luck recently playing teams with 10 men.
You only have to watch the Shef Utd game last night to see what a massive loss Hamer and Ohare are ro our midfield. We just have not replaced them and King needs to realise we dont have a top 6 squad. The bloke appears to be medaling in first team affairs when he clearly hasnt got a clue about football
Reminder. Robins left the new manager with a mess of a squad, low on quality, low on confidence and in a really poor league position.
It's time to move on. Give the new manager some time to understand the squad and how to optimise it and add to it.
I do think there’s been a slight overreaction and the Sunderland and Sheff U results probably lulled some people into a false sense of security about last night, a slight overreaction because yes, they’re bloody boring to watch but Burnley are clearly a very competent Championship outfit and are going to be up there come May
The way this season has gone and without a manager it was always going to be a tough ask to get anything from it
Willing to cut this squad a bit of slack that others are not willing to do so with a slightly kinder run of fixtures coming up between now and New Years Day, I expect them to fully repay my trust in them though

We don't have a new manager!!! We have a coach standing in and not sure if he's still in a job soon and players who don't have a clue how to set up and play, surely that will affect their mentality.
We should have had a replacement lined up sooner and this bullshit is all down to Doug King and his ego.
After time to reflect, I don't think Rhys Carr did much wrong. To go in at halftime restricting them to very little offensively was good although not pretty. He tweaked things during the first half too.
Torp didn't work out playing a wide role but there was no reason to suggest he couldn't play there. Certainly his ability to cross a ball would suggest he might have been a threat.
Second half, he acted early and made positive changes from bench and again changed formation to adjust.
Our downfall imo was down to the execution by the players and some poor luck. Our passing was poor, as was our ball retention and then sloppiness was punished.
All in all, I think Carr has shown capable decision making and tactical nous.
