Buying into the Ricoh has always been the sensible option and I would imagine anything upto 49% would be achievable then Fisher would have his 365 day wish for income stream. BPA will not happen, even if or when the plans are submitted the objections would delay things months even years, we need a ground next year and if plans are submitted and the legal system continue any likelihood of Wasp talks to stay at the Ricoh for a bit and at what price would diminish I suspect. I am normally quite accurate when guessing what will happen next. You don't like it when what I guess will happen next would show badly against SISU.
