Are you on crack? The BCD games will be building up match fitness and sharpness. They won't be sharp straight away but will be ahead of us in that department.
We’ll definitely be at a disadvantage at the start of the season but we could start to see a bonus around Christmas when you’d think we’d have fewer injury issues.
Just done the same - bugger you could have done it for meInterestingly, I've trawled back through several pages of the Small Heath Alliance (Blues) forum, back into the end of June and there is not a single post about O'Hare. Not saying it won't happen, but surprised their fans forum isn't running away with that story when so many other minor stories are being covered (new manager excepted).
The worry is that the current championship teams are getting their fitness through matches as well - our team will be starved of different approaches practice in real conditions - I have to say that the League 1 playoff ties were poor except for Oxfords Penalties - Championship is a big jump !
Could be - for me they could do with a friendly or so - not sure where !They’ll still have a break and a pre-season.
Championship due to finish on 22nd July (not inc playoffs).
It’ll be very doubtful that season will start back up in August. More likely September or last weekend in Aug-So that’s a 4-5 week break.
Plus more chances of major injuries to their players who are still playing competitive games.
So maybe a little disadvantage but not as bad as you think.
Plus most Championship teams won’t have their new transfers in and working until after season finished.
We’ve bagged 2 and they already due to be training way before Championship finishes.
You can find Pluses and minuses either way.

Yes mate. A pretty well connected source who was present for the trophy presentation.Where you hearing from mate. Inside the club?
His uncle is Ian Clarkson who used to play for BirminghamDidn't know he was a blues fan. Certainly explains that "miss"

He's from Dorridge, its about 50-50 Blues and Villa round there to be fair, lots of ex blues and Vile players live round there.... As does Brandon Mason, surely they could car share, save petrol money, u know how poor these footballers are! He's a Blues fan from an area that is a stronghold of their support, i think the heart probably rules the head for him as it would do for most of us in reality.
I think it’s between us and the blues, if they get relegated gives us a better chance

Dabos been in intense retraining for his CM transitionnot dabo then
Just banter broMany a true word spoken in jest.
I didn’t know if brum lose to stoke and charlton they are right in the mix, then the have Preston away and derby, not easyThat's unlikely I'd suggest.

They are well in the mire. With Wigan I assume they lose 12 points unless it doesn’t relegate them and the 12 points are taken off next seasonNope, but with only 4 games left and the number of teams below them (plus Wigan) it's nigh on impossible for them to be relegated.
With the points off for Wigan, Blues are effectively 7 points clear of the drop zone with 4 games to play. They are well in the mire. With Wigan I assume they lose 12 points unless it doesn’t relegate them and the 12 points are taken off next season
I think it's Wigan lose 12 points this season if they finish outside the bottom 3 and taking twelve points off relegates them. Finish in the bottom 3 or finish 13 points above and it comes next season. With the points off for Wigan, Blues are effectively 7 points clear of the drop zone with 4 games to play.
Wigan lose the 12 points this season if they finish outside the bottom three.
No, it only comes off next season if they finish in the bottom 3 without any deduction. In every other scenario it comes off this season.I think it's Wigan lose 12 points this season if they finish outside the bottom 3 and taking twelve points off relegates them. AgreeThink if this was gonna happen then would have happened by now, when his villa contract expired
bright pt. 2 .... let’s move on
Subject to appeal and this isn’t like any previous situation, one being admin was applied for after the official end of the season. This will get very interesting believe me.No, it only comes off next season if they finish in the bottom 3 without any deduction. In every other scenario it comes off this season.
Wigan Athletic confirm points deduction decision
I don’t see O’Hare getting ahead of Dan Crowley in that No.10 position at blues if he ended up there. So with Clotet leaving Birmingham does that change O'Hares situation.
So he’s said his goodbyes to villa then, wonder where he’s gonna end up
