This is a slightly odd request. I've been a Cov fan since the early '80s. I'm an actor and have an audition for a Paddy Power advert tomorrow in which I've got to be dressed as a super-fan in my team's colours. They always call you at the last minute for these things. Currently I've only got a slightly shabby Cov T-shirt and don't seem to be able to find the scarf I bloody know I've got somewhere. I just wondered if any members live in south-east London specifically (tho' anywhere in London would be fine) and would be able to lend me any appropriate kit?! I'd collect this afternoon/evening as the audition is early tomorrow. I'm a big lad so at least XXL, perhaps XXXL shirts, if any were on offer! But scarves or hats would be good enough...

I know this is a long shot, but be great if you could help. Could get Cov representation onto a new Paddy Power advert!

I'm at work in SE London and it closes at 5.30pm! I don't think they do overnight Amazon-style deliveries... Not until we're back in the Premiership anyway. I'll go up to central London later and see if any of the sports shops carry any Cov stuff, but sadly I think that's unlikely...

Go on twitter I always use that for business touting. Amazing what you actually find or get asked. Plenty of London based fans. Fingers x for you

You could always clone a Leicester shirt. Better still pop round Joys office, sure she could oblige.
(just a joke not a political stance)

Thanks. I've done that too, Monners. Used to be a member and played for their team for a while, many moons ago! I should rejoin. Am deffo going to the Millwall game as it's only a couple of miles up the road for me...

Go in WASPS kit, should be plenty of that knocking round London. Tell them you are protesting at how SISUE and COUNCIL have ruined the club etc.
Bound to get the part. Worked for that twat who used to be in Corrie.

It's a tight extra large. I'll bring two. I've also got a sky blue jacket you can borrow to take the edge of if it's a little too tight.

Wasn't there a short TV drama about people from Cov who relocated to live and work in London? It was on about 15-20 years ago, never saw a single episode myself and can't even remember the title of it.
Surely you'll be able to gain access to 'wardrobe' for your garb, what with you being an actor, an all?

hearts and bones 2 seasons on BBC one. Cast included Damian Lewis and Hugo Speer. Gratitious mentions of Magnus Hedman's jockstrap. As for the wardrobe, I think Amanda Holden walked off with most of it, a particular scene of her sleeping in a City shirt (relegation season) seemed popular on the web for a while.

Why do you say the bloke who was in Corrie is a twat? the times I've seen him at games he seems like a normal reasonable chap to me.
