...that somewhere along the line sisu or should i say Joy Seppella has been led up the garden path. Could it be Fisher being a bit of a double agent so to speak. He surely knew about the need of the Golden Share in all this when i can understand Seppella wouldn't have. Also his statements and statements acredited to sisu largely make little sense, even today this "80% certainty of not playing at the Ricoh next season" hardly puts their fit and proper credentials in good light. Has he been offered a post in any new outfit ? surely a better prospect than sisu.

I would imagine Fisher will be doing anything to save his skin - and his no doubt nice salary. He really needs to look at how this will ultimately end, most probably with him being out of a job.

I can't imagine in a million years that when or if PH4 gets in then Fisher will me made very welcome. Getting rid of him will be number one on the To Do list.

Has Fisher shafted JS and SISU over the Golden Share.
A good conspiracy theory

I am not suggesting he has shafted them he may have been shafted himself by someone, i just struggle to believe no-one knew the significance of the whereabouts of this share, thats if it is with ccfc ltd that is, also i cannot for the life of me comprehend sisu's plan going forward and was it a coincidence JE and GH suddenly reappeared once ccfc ltd were put into administration and who recommended that. ?

More like incompetent - and as that already seem to be the general concensus about him on this forum, why make up wild conspiracy theories?

To be honest, R_P, I don't even think they gave it a thought until the whole administration scenario kicked in. Then I imagine someone thought "Shit..."

Could they have "transferred" the share but not completed the correct paperwork or not informed the football league ?.

You are probably right. Poor old Fisher facing the sack from PHIV and sisu.

The impression really ought to be moving day by day that they're not so much evil and conniving as incompetent and desperate.

Exactly - before CCFC he had no experience of running any company, let alone a football club.

Can we build a statue of Joy just so that we can pull it down like they did to Sadam Hussain's?
