Steven Pressley gives a full injury updates ahead of Doncaster match...

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has confirmed captain Carl Baker is being considered for Good Friday's game against Doncaster Rovers.

The City skipper missed last week's defeat against Portsmouth having undergone a hernia operation but trained this morning (Thursday).

The City boss also gave updates on Richard Wood, who has been out with a groin injury, and Steven Jennings, who was injured during last week's defeat at Portsmouth.

Pressley said: "Richard Wood is still not quite there yet in terms of featuring in the match. Carl Baker returned to training today and if he doesn't get any adverse effects from training, then he will certainly be considered for the match.

"Steven Jennings hasn't trained this week at all so we will give him up to the last minute to see if he is capable of playing but he remains a real doubt.

"Jordan Willis suffered a real set-back in the Under-21s against Derby as he might need surgery on an injury.

"David Bell trained for the first time this week having suffered with illness so there is a few little things in the squad at the moment but that should give others the chance to come in and make an impression."

David Bell was originally reported as having a 'light groin strain". Now it's an unspecified 'illness'. Discuss.
