Used to have a 2.5 V6 in that colour. A 325i once tried to take me on along the Northwich bypass...and failed miserably :happy:One of my favourite cars so far.

Good man, me too.ive a soft spot for it kind of seen them at few classic car shows

Often think if I managed to scoop the Euro Millions jackpot, what would be on my car bucket list for the 5 berth garage? Current thinking is a 1750 GTV, Beacham Jag MkII, GT3, Lotus Carlton and DB5. Wife can keep the Golf for the shopping.
LOL, any rust on the carpet and the mechanic/butler will be fired. You'll probably want a cloth or sometihng under the GTV, just to stop the rust staining the carpet.
Totally with you on the others though. I'd have to add a Range Rover and Defender, and possibly a Mercury '49 and an XK150, hmm, and a '78 V8 vantage. And a possibly a Dodge Charger (cf Bullit)....
I may need to win the Euromillions twice, thinking about it.
Is that a Lancia?I always fancied one of these.
Generally I'm a fan of three box saloons, Q cars mind. Bit weird, but hey
Certainly is, it's a Flaminia Coupe.Is that a Lancia?

The odd one comes up on Pistonheads every now and again. A rare low mileage one (50k) might fetch £35k.Would love a Lotus Carlton
Dread to think what a half decent one would cost.
Whilst working for an Italian company, our Director had a Thema turbo as his company motor and I managed a few drives in it. A big, comfortable cruiser that went like a bat out of hell. Shared floor pan with the Saab I think.Certainly is, it's a Flaminia Coupe.
Always had a soft spot for Lancias, owned a couple of them myself... but nothing in the league of that!

Only same money as a well specced Audio or BMW 'clitoris'....I know which I'd prefer NickWouldn't want to drive it for that
