In timeQuite I was thinking that. How about sorting out the main areas rather than the fucking boardrooms….
I thought it just had a makeover within the last couple of years?
There may be a legal issue here (anyone on here have any intel?)Getting a massive revamp, all the meeting rooms, hotel getting upgraded and redecorated, the front entrance getting a makeover, but no mention of any improvements in the stadium concourses. Surely wouldn’t cost the earth to cover all the exposed breeze blocks and pipe work, the place just looks unfinished. We use it more than anyone else.
I didn't think CCFC was a leaseholderThere may be a legal issue here (anyone on here have any intel?)
I’m basing this on the potential legal angle of the 10 year lease with Wasps being considered a carry over liability to Frasers. The Council angle is unclear. Doug seems to be playing things down but does seem confident that a deal will be done at non-ridiculous rates.
To my mind there is a possibility of it going to a rent arbitration of some sort. For a new landlord to hike the rent of an existing leaseholder isn’t straightforward - sitting tenants have certain protections.
Hotel and meeting room spending has a straightforward cost benefit.
Spending on the CCFC side of things might not (I know an interim deal was done on the rent and the eviction notice served but what the legal situation was is to me unclear. “We’ve got the property so you are out” doesn’t usually fly in business) so maybe there is a wait and see going on by Frasers before shelling on the CCFC side.

A refresh of the exterior cladding would be nice. Looking very tired generally, with various shadows of old badges and previous parasites, sorry tenants.
what are you on about???There may be a legal issue here (anyone on here have any intel?)

Surely a good pressure wash would sort it out?
Why would they spend money on a bit of their property when it’s not certain that the main current tenants will be there. Fairly straightforward.what are you on about???
Nah, Wasps had £5m to use as they wanted, nothing to do with the stadium upkeep (sarcasm) Keep up Nick ffsI thought it just had a makeover within the last couple of years?
Things will be so much easier to compromise on and move forward, without Maton and the other fuck-wits poking their noses inThere may be a legal issue here (anyone on here have any intel?)

And assuming our new owner doesn't follow on with the traditional no-compromise disposition, of course...Things will be so much easier to compromise on and move forward, without Maton and the other fuck-wits poking their noses in
Pretty sure he's in a different league to Fisher, Joy and Boddy when it comes to business dealsAnd assuming our new owner doesn't follow on with the traditional no-compromise disposition, of course...
Keep paying CCC your council tax for that thenI know it's not the responsibility of the stadiums owner but the surrounding area including the retail park is a complete shit tip, it's an absolute disgrace and a truly awful first impression of the city for any visitor.
Don't live in Cov robbiethemole.Keep paying CCC your council tax for that then
If wasps were still here CCC would chuck a cool £15m their way to ‘support’ the project with a payback in 2080(ish).I know it's not the responsibility of the stadiums owner but the surrounding area including the retail park is a complete shit tip, it's an absolute disgrace and a truly awful first impression of the city for any visitor.
Makes me sad and mad every time I go home and see it though.Haha, nor me mate
Or maybe the rubbish just falls out the sky when it rains!!!!!There’s a lot of rubbish strewn all over the City. I guess it’s a hangover from the bins strikes and strong winds but the whole place needs a good clean up. Maybe people could start to organise mass litter picking events to sort out their own neighbourhoods.
And then repainted. Chunks of paint were being blown clean off in the Watford game when the wind picked up, looks tatty. The whole white framework and ceiling needs a pressure wash, fucking minging
