Seems to be very little information on it. Looks like a clear campaign from the council. Other councils that work with the charity speak very highly of them.

Can't understand how anyone could take that attitude when they have issues with something as important as this pointed out to them. Wouldn't your first priority be to make sure everything was working as it should be?
