Definitely not large. You'd be needing a borderline small if you are a 39 inch chest. Medium probably though although it will be a touch baggy.Hey, sorry for a rather boring thread but would like some help.
I'm wanting to order one of the Talbot retro range shirts and was wondering if anyone knew if these fitted true to size or more small/big?
I'm usually a M or L depending on fit or look (around a 39 chest) but being based in Denmark I don't have the luxury of trying it on in store or being able to return easily.
Any advice/input would be great, cheers!

I agree with the above. I bought a Talbot T shirt. I'm a 40' chest and M is fits ok.Definitely not large. You'd be needing a borderline small if you are a 39 inch chest. Medium probably though although it will be a touch baggy.
