For us, I take @MatthewWallis 's suggestion and will throw in a couple of court date delays as well as noone will be happy with whatever is decided. The "Self Important Six" are determined to protect themselves. I won't include Southend in that group, who are so far away from safety that I have no idea why they want to play on. And with Darragh Mac so keen on legals if he can't throw his toys far enough out of his pram, I could imagine SISU taking the EFL to court on humanitarian grounds if we have to play on for possibly forcing staff, players and no doubt fans congregating outside grounds to face the chance of catching this virus.
Celtic are already in the top flight of their league so can they be promoted again ? Now, if they were declared Champions, that's a positive thing for them

Just re-read the post and realised I'd said carry on. They want the season done with no relegation. So still self-serving My bad..... I'm getting good at screwing up posts on here
I do hope "The Self Important Six" as Happy Martian calls them take a look round and see how tough it is for smaller clubs Nigel Clough left Burton today in order to try and help them survive. I feel sure many more clubs in the lower divisions are just going to find things getting worse as next season is liable to start BCD as well.I really think things should be stopped now and home and away PPG used right away.If not we probably will have a hell of a lot teams going bust.

I get that Dmac is acting totally selfishly but can we not pretend we’d not be the same.
If a plan resulted in us cancelling the season and not being promoted none of us would care about Burton.
ultimately in football it’s a dog eat dog world. Unfortunately some teams are going to be badly affected. Every fanbase and team will back the one decision that benefits our team no matter who gets stomped on
