I thought Clarke put himself about really well, but for the most part we didn't give him much of a sniff. He should have scored in the second half though, when the ball came to him on the edge of the six yard box, right in the middle of the goal.

Click to expand... yeah i agree. i would have him back here. as you say, he put himself about, was full of endeavour and never gave up despite the goals going in at the other end. played well in my opinion

sw88 Chief Commentator! Feb 13, 2016 #9 Would never have guessed that was their first game alongside one another. Very impressed by by them both very composed, clearances weren't hurried and always looked like finding a team mate. shame we couldn't have got hold of them earlier into the window imo
