By the sounds of it they didn't know it wasn't working. It worked for the pre-match test and I'm guessing it worked for Blackpool's goal earlier in the gamethat's not even close, if the tech stops working shouldn't the officials be informed? That's what happens in crickets, the TV umpire tells the onfield umpires who tells both captains so everyone knows where they are
