Good afternoon.

We have just signed Shwan Jalal on a two-year contract on a free transfer.

Shwan has just won this division, playing 41 games and I think it's important to have a solid, reliable and decent keeper. On top of that, he knows what it takes to be a champion.

He will do well for us.

Good morning.

Last night I had a long chat with Kristian Dennis and his agent and we offered Kristian a new contract, which he was very grateful for. However, he has reiterated his desire to play in the EFL.

It is important that everybody understands and respects his decision and we will place him on the transfer list from today and wait to see if we have any offers that match our valuation.

We agreed that if this doesn't happen, he would be more than happy to sit down and talk about a new contract and continue playing for Chesterfield FC.

Brilliant! Didn’t realise they had appointed Martin Allen as there new manager.

Had a quick look on their website to see how much their season tickets were for this next season £340.00 early bird or £420.00 afterwards, On match day tickets are £20.00! Just goes to show even in non league the price to go up nowadays is scandalous in England
