I thought - shame - then read 'total for season ejected 4', one from L Orient, 1 from Gillingham and 2 from us!

Shows how statistics can be used to make a juicy headline:eek:

They were very soft stewards. There was about 5 smoke bombs and neither they or the police were bothered.

Fair play to them.

The ones sat on the segregation were mainly agency, so just there earning some dollar. They seemed happy just to sit there and watch the game. Fair play to the,. Even St the end when their 'one supporter army' was giving it the big gun, they just stood back and left him to his rants / offering people out (even his own fellow supporters could see he wasn't really going to hunt anyone down outside the ground). Just through frustration I suspect.

then another one who was in a Crawley steward jacket even replied 'it is a shithole' or something along those lines in response to the usual '(insert town name here) is a shit hole I want to go home'.

They were the most laid back stewards I've encountered. Let us smoke at half time no issues. Standing in the seats all game no issues. End of game they seemed to expect a pitch invasion too. Befor the game the doorman outside the social club was handing out beer for £3. So laid back inside and outside
