And it's great to see Tyler Walker starting to get more involved in the post-goal and post-match celebrations. His attitude on and off the ball at times has been questioned on here but something has clicked recently and he's a much more visible part of the team now. And it looks like he's actually enjoying being here.
I have come to believe that my predictions are effectively curses but I'd really like to see Tyler given a start in place of Godden (though he's not done anything particularly wrong as to be dropped). I really think he's ready to start scoring goals for us, unlike for most of his last 2 years. His positional awareness has improved over the last 4ish games. His goal and intercepting Vik's pass across the box for Hamer in the Huddersfield game and his positioning to pass back for Hamers goal yesterday underline this. He's in the 6 yard box trying to score, not trying to catch up 18 yards back up the pitch.
I noticed the same re Walker. For someone who has had a mixed time here and is very much a bit part player, his passion when we scored and post match was pretty admirable. Shows what a positive dressing room we have - credit again to MR et al.
