I recall a evening match, against Cardiff at the Ricoh wher the Cardiff fans were forced into a small section of seats at the front, probably around 10-15 rows, it did look much better, than having them dotted around the away section.

Nothing to do with being old, just how you grew up. I know many 30 year olds with no debit card because they don't trust it.

Disagree.

My parents never used to be like that and have changed and talking to other friends with older parents they have all said the same, that as their parents have got older they have bcome more entrenched in their routines and to an almost disturbing degree.

If it's got nothing to do with age how come when you see queues at post offices it is usually about 75% pensioners and I am not talking about just on pension day either! You see it wherever you look and my daughter is in three theatre groups and when you talk to people in the theatres about the audiences, they will all say that it is always the older age bracket that behave in this certain, ritual, habitual way.

Took a while to come back to this thread and it has steered away from where we were. Going back to my point Otis, lets just agree to disagree, I think we are on completely different pages and I cant be bothered to go back and forth over the same arguments. By the way, putting words in bold to magnify your point is lost when you do it in almost every sentence.

Don't usually do it much at all, but the over use was because you totally missed the point and in no way was I saying it is wrong to move people in Block 20 but fine in Blocks 15/16. It did irk me somewhat cos you seemed to be accusing me of saying things I most certainly did not say. 'Bold' for me is usually when I am pee'd off with someone.

If you could be bothered to go back and forth over the same arguments you will see that at no point did I say anything such as that you were accusing me of.

Been the same people in these same seats since we moved to the arena so I don't see how you can now suddenly move them.

Terrible idea in my opinion. You could do it for blocks 14 / 15 maybe but that will be about it.

I may have interpreted this wrong then???

Yes indeed.

Maybe is the key word there. 'Maybe.'

I wasn't saying it was right, merely what I thought the club could get away with. I wasn't in any way shape or form advoctaing it.

Clear now?

WTF?

If I had have advocating Blocks 15/16 I would have said 'they should close rows in 15/16.'

My whole argument is that there would have been more of an uproar in Blocks 20 and the OAP's would have been up in arms, whereas the club have moved fans around before in 14,15,16 and I felt they could probably get away with it.

How does that make me a miserable old c..t?

I said the word maybe. "Maybe" which in your world means that the words before it are irrelevant apparently.

But saying someone is maybe a 'miserbale old c..t' is quite insulting so nullifies your argument.

That just comes across as aggressive abuse.:thinking about:

No worries.

I don't wish to see anyone moved or rows closed in any blocks. Should have made that clear in my argument.

Just think the club could get away with closing rows in 15/16 and in 20 they simply wouldn't get away with it cos the crinklies would be outraged and write in to the Telegraph in their hundreds.

Maybe far away
Or maybe real nearby
He may be pouring her coffee
She may be straighting this tie!
Maybe in a house
All hidden by a hill
She's sitting playing piano,
He's sitting paying a bill

So maybe now it's time,
And maybe when I wake
They'll be there calling me "Baby"...
Maybe.

This day will die tonight and there ain't no exception
We shouldn't wait for nothing to wait for
Love me in this fable, babe, my heart is in your hand
Our time is waiting right outside your door
And maybe tomorrow is a better day
