FWIW, we've been really lucky here in Vietnam. Up until a few weeks ago everywhere was open. No Covid rules, no lockdown, no travel restrictions, nothing. Proper lockdown only started nationally in Vietnam about 3 weeks ago. Could be logistics, I suppose, but Vietnam has been relatively Covid free.
