Why is our online shop SO SHIT?!?

I ordered some stuff a couple of weeks before Xmas and they are still processing the order…

Amazon can get things sent out the same day, and yet our shop struggle with the same season, it’s fucking ridiculous, something really needs to be done about it

I had no issues with them before Xmas. Ordered a hoodie on a Friday, delivered following Thursday.

Generally means the item you ordered is out of stock.

I ordered 2 items (separately) way before Christmas. Messages back and forth with their useless contact centre eventually told me that the items were out of stock and a refund would be issued.

I don’t believe to this day that this would have been resolved unless I chased it.

agree with @Skyblueweeman however in that if the item is in stock I have had pretty quick delivery turnaround in the past.

My local club FGR offer mystery boxes at the end of the season to get rid of surplus stock. Wish we'd do similar, would be a decent way for the club to shift the slow sellers.

Sale

Welcome to the Official Forest Green Rovers Club Shop.

My brother who lives in spain asked me to pick one up, this was his haul + a scarf

Excellent as long as you choose the size. My little boy is XL/XXL. He is as happy wearing a top from years ago as much as wearing the latest top.

I get the basketball jersey falling under 'slam dunk' but deckchairs and beach towels? Now admittedly I don't follow the NBA as closely as I used to

Anybody know a contact at the club shop/retail department!?

Planning for boys birthdays/Christmas (November/December/January - a bloody expensive time!)

Currently if I wanted to buy either a full away kit or home goalkeeper kit in their sizes, I can't due to a combination of shirts and shorts not being available.

Stock for kits - PRO version is obviously an ongoing discussion in another thread - is poor.

If there is a contact available that anyone knows (so I can ask the question about stock) that would be greatly appreciated.

(@Sky Blue Pete - is it possible to bring this up anywhere!?)

Thanks, S.

Click and collect should be a thing, should be no reason why it can't be implemented

Just sympathising with this post - I’ve had similar last couple of years. It really shouldn’t be that you have to buy the whole kit the second it comes out, there should be enough in stock to account for Christmas or birthdays (or whatever) throughout the year.
I get that stuff will sell out but there should be stock ready to come in shortly after and not weeks/months after.

I emailed clubshop@ccfc.co.uk last season to enquire similarly about the women’s shirt as it wasn’t in stock online and got no response. In the end we found one in the shop at the CBS.

This season seems to be worse.
No communication from the retail department at all either.

Mmm. Not great is it.
There’s an enquiry form on the store site - maybe that’s what they prefer

Over an hour round trip to the shop - Sunday often my only opportunity ( match days carnage and have boys and elderly Dad in tow!)
Have done it before and wasted time due to stock!
