You have recently done some articles and had a delve into why the Freehold should be sold to SISU. Some have been pleased with this work and appreciated it, others not so much.

Now can you delve a bit into SISU's plan. In particular can you analyse if the Ricoh is not for sale, why it is financially better to rent in Northampton for 5 years whilst building a new stadium?

Can you look into that it now seems the club are not 70 million in debt.

Can you check if we are currently paying 1.2 in interest in loans to a SISU company.

Are these loans increasing due to increased loss of revenue from the club been based at Northampton?

What are the financial implications of 5 years at Northampton some are suggesting is costing us 2 million a year in lost revenue?

What will be the interest repayments on borrowing money to build the new stadium?

How much per year will we pay back in interest on the extra 10 million of lost revenue plus the interest on the debt to build the stadium?
How does this compare to the rent deal that was offered plus the 80% F&B.

How much do SISU value the Ricoh (not exact figures) what would they plan for the business if they did buy it.

How much approximately do the council value the Ricoh. ( ball park figure)

Could the telegraph ask an expert to value it. Only in their opinion of course.

This is where we now need our investigative journalist to probe these questions.

Les when you do all this for Don, could you please benchmark it against other clubs to see how it compares to other clubs.

You forgot to add "who play their games in another town 34 miles away from their city in front of crowds of 2000 whilst a ground is available in their home city and where the crowd would be significantly higher" I'm sure that was an oversight happy to help.

No, I didn't forgot. You almost have to forget the current situation and look at when we were at the Ricoh. Being at Sixfields is an anomaly, which a 5 year old could tell you it makes no short term financial sense.

Les just write an article saying Joy Diversion is an evil Lesbian bitch, PWKH is the next pope and Dimmy Timmy Fisher is a clueless fat twat and you'll will the Sky Blue Talk Impartial Journalist of The Year Award.

If you want extra brownie points suggest we sack Steven Pressley and bring back Andy Thorn.

Unfortunately nobody is asking the hard questions of the 5 year olds that have come up with the 5 year plan and how their long term plan compares to the alternative that was offered.

Just don't think it should be that hard for an investigative journalist to look into.
How does SISU's long term plan compare to the one they rejected as not financially viable.

Basically he doesn't understand finances but doesn't want to admit it.

you forget fisher and seppala are not interested in you and i and all the other supporters, we do not exist in their plans to purchase the ricoh at a knock down price.
ccfc is the lever they are using to gain access to the ricoh, 130 years of tradition and history, the elderly the young and the disabled who would like to watch their team in coventry are all being deprived of this by a faceless entity that is only concerned about its own interests.....:blue:

Alternatively if you writethat our owner is Mother Joy,PWKH is actually Satan and and our chief executive is Nelson Manfisher will get Grendel creaming in his jeans.

Dont want to mention how Grendel feels about brownie points he might have to brush his teeth again.

Said it before and will say it again, he is a columnist not a journalist otherwise all these questions would have been addressed by him ages ago. Just my opinion ;)

Most media sources have no budget for investigative journalism. What we see is a rewording of information that the individual journalist gets fed with. There is little desire to test for truth in statements given for publication. Only test is for libel.

Why is this so?

The conclusions that are drawn from investigation, if wrong, can lead to court action and loss of job. Simply passing on comment in good faith, and accepting the 'facts' as given, equals safe reporting.

To investigate and to take risks in drawing conclusions needs funding that the CET does not have.

Wouldn't take much funding for him to pick up the phone and ask people. He doesn't need to don a Dick Tracey hat and overcoat and burgle SISU HQ's safe.

In the same way an investigative journalist would be questioning the original deal with the lines of PWKH do you mean?

No need for investigative journalism for that. He is often on here willing to answer questions about the original deal. He seems happy to help clear anything up and comes across as very polite and as someone who cares about Coventry.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

You even wrote that with a straight face, Jesus if you really believe that I actually pity you and he, and his fellow shareholders will be laughing at you.

Should also be digging deep into the last regime, sisu, acl and everything to do with the club.

By that I mean digging into things that happened with the club, not stalking people etc.

I'am quite sure that Richardson--Mcginty--Robinson and the Council need professionals to dig into their dealings.
Somebody who could look deeply into the sale of Highfield Rd and the purchase and development of the Gas board site,
and the eventual building of the Ricoh.

Yes you are right.

However that is not an excuse to not ask the right questions and not point out when those have not been sufficiently been answered
