How did we play?
Was there an emphasis on posession football like he said there would be?
Was it counter attacking tactics like we have been playing away from home?
If we play that way Tuesday should we expect a win?
Was there anything notably new influenced from Pressley?
Was it a 4-2-3-1 formation as was played under previous management?
I've heard people talk about Clarke's celebration, was it just respectful towards Scunthorpe or was there something significant about it?

Thanks to anyone who can advise, can't seem to find a decent detailed unbiased match report.

First half was diabolic, half time team talk must of worked because the second was a lot better and we kept the ball well and created chances.

Not sure what anyone expects after 1 training session with the players tbh.

I was just wondering if there was anything noticable that's all.
I'm really looking forward to Tuesday and convinced that we will see our first home win in a long time.

Agree first half was terrible, they could have been 3 up, Murphy played well, The Edge lucky to stay on pitch.
Second half much better, Murphy saved us again.

Told so far Colchester have sold 15 tickets for Tuesday.

Looking at the team sheet, I was surprised, it was the same as under MR/Carsley regime, I expected some changes, such as Fleck and/or Thomas to come in, but they didn't, I think there will be changes Tuesday or definitely Saturday when he's had a chance to change formation and embed his ways.

Who told you that? I was expecting a poor showing, but not that poor! It'll be funny when you compare them to Swindon

If Edj played poor, then we ought to be concerned because he, nor Cameron are good enough and for next season we need to get a few CBs, Wood has to go (not worth the wage), hopefully Cam & Edj follow.

How was Martin?

Martin was average, we can do ok with one average CB but need someone with a football mind and speed. I would play Willis.

Think it might be a bit premature thinking that Willis is the solution. If we had nothing to play for but I still think we are in with a realistic chance of the playoffs and having a more mature head at the back is going to be best. We can argue all day but for me the best pairing is still Edge and Wood. How long is Wood out for?
