The old car park at the Belgrade Plaza still being a load of nothing behind temporary construction boards is such a farce. Must be a few years it's been like that now too, that pub that faces it is almost being hidden from sight.
Totally agree, I personal think that they should create some nice ornate gardens on the plot with perhaps a bandstand for concerts in the summer months, maybe an Italian style fancy upmarket gelateria bring a bit of culture into the heart of the City?! I don't think the council actually own it though.
So because a company's have run out of funds to finish there projects who fault is that? it was at a time when the economy was on the way down.
But yes you are right they should have finished them off to a certain standard and not just left them to decay and blight the landscape.

And you just pull out the parts of a thread to prove a point.

IMO
Without backers Sisu do not have the money to build a stadium (comment from Mr Fisher)
I also believe the same issue is stopping them from making a bid for the Higgs half.
I that is the case they should come out with it instead of trying to blame everyone else, which in turn, turns off more supporters less go and the problem gets even worse
Most supporters don't care about he politics just want to watch their team, unfortunately it is getting harder and harder to ignore..
Without investors a hedge fund is almost nothing. As far as the 50%, I'm sure they are waiting on their one last throw of the dice with the JR appeal before going any further. I'm pretty positive that SISU would love to get out of CCFC, it's been a disaster for them and us, trouble is we need that elusive monied owner/consortium to materialise to take it on. The worlds money continues to drift eastwards so I'm guessing an oil baron or Chinese or South Korean ?
