Surely it would be down to the courts and not SISU to decide?
If the admin application order was placed against the club, but our owners have put some other company into admin, but not the club, then surely there should still be a hearing against the application against the club?
That sounds too confusing, and I wrote it
Me neither.I can't see the court case being called off
Hhhmm
If I was SISU and was being really clever, I would separate the club from the rent by forming two sub-companies, one which pays the players and runs the club etc, and one which holds the ACL contract. They could then put the ACL-linked aspect of the club into liquidation, therefore writing off all debts and contracts with ACL, whilst continuing to trade normally otherwise.
but that is'nt how its structured the rental lease is with CCFC ltd I believe.

But would that turn public opinion against ACL if they banned the club from playing at the stadium and got them kicked out of the league? But that would mean ACL could lock CCFC out of the ground wouldn't it, they would be squatting as they have no agreement or anyone paying for them to be play there? Just a genuine question as I am fully in the ACL camp on this sarga

Case is off I believe. SISU dealt with the issues today at court today and their intention to put arvo into admin.
SISU win this round.
Sub-leasing perhaps? Maybe some clever-clogs in the ACL team didn't have something so sweet & simple covered in the agreement? I really don't know & given up trying to understand anything to do with whole sorry mess.
I'm just sitting back laughing at the other ignoramus with their amusing repostes
But ARVO isnt CCFC. ACL court order was against CCFC was it not? So why would their hearing not go ahead when their (the clubs) situation hasn't changed?
It's Coventry City FC Ltd, that has been put into administration, they owe ACL 1.3m
Coventry City FC Holdings haven't, they appear to now pay the players etc.
This is a bit of crafty maneuvering by SISU to try and avoid paying their debt with ACL, but I doubt they will get away with it.
case not cancelled, just adjourned cuz they ainy got a fecking clue either
