£30M in damages??? WTF
dirty cow could have washed her fucking hair at least, and try to look professional in court.
Where would Cov play as that would wind Wasps up surely?
Don't worry, SISU are then going to pay £50M for the Ricoh because that's what they would have proved in court it's worth.
ah yes I see. No chance in hell !No they want Wasps to pay the Council the difference, then they can try and get damages based off that.
Really can't see that happening.
Judge rinderI heard the same. My mate who watches the youth courts told me.

Just to stir the pot. How would people feel if sisu won the case pocketed £30m and then sold the club?
That is true for everything that has happened since SISU came along, and even before then.just fed up with the whole thing doing nothing for the club
SISU had years to get the arena. But each time it looked as though something was sorted they tried to get it even cheaper....including taking us to Northampton.Again it doesn't matter. They didn't give anyone the opportunity to bid on those same terms for a publicly owned asset. Claims that Sisu would not have bid on those terms are clearly incorrect as they attempted to purchase the Higgs share at the last minute.
Don't get me wrong, if Sisu win this case they don't win the Ricoh back - the damage is already done, but it is clear, at least from my perspective that CCC made sure that they were shafted (with proof to back this up - "hell freezes over" etc).
looking a bit like Nikki Sinclair here
have to have some responsibility to get best possible return for taxpayers or else the Tories would be selling everything to their mates for next to nothing.surely the council can decide who they sell assets to? same as I can decide who to sell my house to, but I won't sell to someone who threatens to sue me but will to someone who's nice and friendly.
The 30m thing probably sealed the dealprobably all academic if the judge is ready to make a quick decision then it was pretty much decided before the hearing. If he doesn't feel the need to review SISU's references to case law then can't see them being successful today.

That statement is a bit contradictory,is it not the Labour Council being accused of selling the Ricoh off on the cheap?
Regards.
I for one would be absolutely overjoyed :emoji_laughing:Just to stir the pot. How would people feel if sisu won the case pocketed £30m and then sold the club?
They've sold the old CO OP in town to a developer in town for a quid.surely the council can decide who they sell assets to? same as I can decide who to sell my house to, but I won't sell to someone who threatens to sue me but will to someone who's nice and friendly.
I think you forgot to add....."Oh hang on!!!!.....at the end there.....didn't you:emoji_thinking:have to have some responsibility to get best possible return for taxpayers or else the Tories would be selling everything to their mates for next to nothing.
Would joy be overjoyed ?I for one would be absolutely overjoyed :emoji_laughing:
