How old is she? Maybe we have to wait until she retires and the new issue ceo will let us go.It's still not costing her anything to hang on Is it?
I wouldn't expect it to change.
Joy? Mid to late fiftiesHow old is she? Maybe we have to wait until she retires and the new issue ceo will let us go.
but again they must have had a plan for he club should this action fail.
They or anyone for that matter on any court verdict have to have grounds to appeal, just disagreeing with the verdict isn't grounds. This judge has said their appeal was too late so where would any grounds be on that ? If they did appeal the other party could counter sue for frivolous action and that could cost sisu a lot of dosh if they lost that one, we might just might be looking at the end of sisu here.
I dont know mate - I'd wager her legal team are probably paid regardless and therefore budgeted for, but do they have to pay the other sides legal bill? Have they had to pay out for JR1 and the like? It's still not costing her anything to hang on Is it?

Her face is desperate for more botox. Shall we have a collection for a new blonde wig for her?I dont know mate - I'd wager her legal team are probably paid regardless and therefore budgeted for, but do they have to pay the other sides legal bill? Have they had to pay out for JR1 and the like?
Regardless, the cost is quite high in reputation and "face" I would think.
Are you suggesting that they just won't pay any costs? Surely SISU wouldn't dream of that...Have they settled the JR1 costs? Now they have to settle JR2 also
Those that are liable are
ARVO - not based in the UK
CCFC holdings Ltd (wound up years ago)
SBS&L - only "asset" is the shares in Otium
Otium - essentially CCFC - only assets Ryton, the trademark, players .............. all charged to ARVO in the Cayman Islands
Does SISU Capital owe anything? Can Seppala or Coleman be held personally liable?, I wouldn't think so.
Oh look right on cue. Why not e mail Mr Armstrong and ask if a rental agreement was proposed to the club or not.
I think what will be interesting is what they do next. They have clearly pissed on their own chips with wasps but again they must have had a plan for he club should this action fail. Do they make a go of it? Or bleed it dry a little more?
Of course you do
As long as CCC are Ok, who cares?
Joy Seppala's statement was very interesting because it shows what her true intentions have been all along. She described the 250 year lease as a game changer because it made it economically desirable to knock down the stadium and use the land for other purposes with CCFC moving to a new location.
This is exactly why I and others on here did not want CCC to sell ACL to SISU (or Wasps). Joy viewed the ground as a land redevelopment opportunity while CCFC would be either homeless or moved to a smaller cheaper ground most likely even further away from the city center.
That's what i've been trying to tell people I know, it hardly changes anything with SISU and the club, they don't invest in the club anymore, they'll just keep growing the debt against us and bide their time. It's still not costing her anything to hang on Is it?
I wouldn't expect it to change.
Three years ago I could give you the benefit of the doubt, but now it's just delusion.
At every step you have been wrong.
Time to accept it and move on. You backed the wrong horse and let your hatred of the council cloud your judgement.
The shit the likes of you Nick and Grendel have been spewing towards anyone that didn't join you has been ridiculous. Be a man and accept you fucked up.
There is no conspiracy, there are no plants, we just have shitty owners.
Could also apply to the other side too, Wasps that is.That's an interesting take on it. I never really thought of her comments in that way before reading your post and I have to say it's possible. Maybe the vail slipped a little there.
I hope not

Said this years ago. There comes a point where the council will have a solid case.
Your house belongs to you, the Ricoh belonged to the people of Coventry ccc were supposed to act in the people's best interestsurely the council can decide who they sell assets to? same as I can decide who to sell my house to, but I won't sell to someone who threatens to sue me but will to someone who's nice and friendly.
