Let's not forget SISU have applied to the Court of Appeal and are still intending to reverse the High Court's decision. In the unlikely event that they are successful - fantastic. But what happen's if they are ? They now have 4 years to continue persuing their claim. Still concerened as to what SISU'S plans REALLY are.

Its a fly in the ointment.
Well done to ACL/CCC for agreeing a deal despite this.
Hopefully, in time, SISU can drop this and we can fully move on.

All party's have built bridges and in time something permanent will hopefully come out of it.
SISU still have bridges to build with the fans and that will prove difficult, particularly with the JR ongoing.

Worst case scenario, still apparently on the radar, is now a new stadium.

I wouldn't bother yourself worrying about it. If the people actually involved in this are finally coming to agreements and getting on with it why can't we?

To me sisu are still the enemy and dangerous to the very existence of my football club, yes I will go to home games, but will only pay at the gate, no-way will I buy a season ticket wouldn't put a penny of advanced money in sisu's pockets would be just like them to pocket a million or so in advance and bugger off with our money and won't be buying any merchandise either, not even a packet of crisps, why ? because not a penny of this so-called much needed extra income will find it's way to the manager and team strengthening.

I think the team will strenghthen. But you gave me a wake up call on the season ticket issue. I am about to commit but will have to think about it now.

I think now the original protagonist's are not involved in the negotiations surrounding the club and a possible purchase of the Ricoh either part or whole in the future their is ground to move forward. At least with Waggot involved their is a voice of reason that ACL can conduct business with moving forward. He is right in what he says though, the ideal model is that the club owns its own ground the problem with that was their approach to ownership, you cant batter people through the courts to get what you want a deal has to be suitable for all partys. I believe the reason for the short term deal is to make the club more saleable now the economic outlook is getting brighter, CCFC in the championship playing at the Ricoh has got to be an attractive prospect to some one if promotion can be attained. #onwardandupward. Each to their own, regarding opinion. I wouldn't p**s on SISU if they were on fire. They never do anything "Out of the goodness of their heart" for our supporters. Septic herself has said, There's only two things she cares about, Her family, and her investors. hill83 has hit the nail on the head..."I wouldn't bother yourself worrying about it."(Percy Jackson and the lightening thief.) (Casino scene) If you don't know what I'm saying...Watch the film.

Pay on the gate £25, buy a season ticket, per game is £13. So you go ahead and SISU more money then mate!

For all we know it may already have been dropped. And its really about CCC rather than ACL anyway right?

So you are not as good a supporter as me then as I am putting more money into the club as you.?. Yes potentially sisu get more money but they can't bank on it can they and it will be based on results, people watch winning teams not losing ones. How much of previous season ticket income has been invested in what really matters, the team, not a lot over the last 3/4 seasons.

Not according to Guardian article I just posted in its own thread.

Even if SISU "WIN" it doesn't mean ACL will have to re-pay the £14million loan, so I really can't understand what SISU hop to gain from this ? The very worst is that the European lot rap the Counci's knuckles !

Any danger of just explaining it so I don't have to watch the film?

@ Samo...This isn't about CCC. As proven by two high court judges. It was about distressing ACL. whether the amount of loan was £14m. or 14 pence. It was about stopping any help from any source...Except themselves with their offer of a packet of ciggies and a stick of gum. All that bluster has been "Shot into a million pieces by the judges"

Ha no, I don't take the piss out of all of his posts. When he's not ranting and raving or if he's asking a question I'll answer it and I've also agreed with him in the past.

Just getting a tissue. I'm deeply hurt by this.

It goes to CCFC. We are where we want to be. What's the issue?

Everything in small steps. SISU can wait a few weeks. TF resigning might help a few people, including me.

I haven't got a problem with SISU running the club so long as they start doing the right thing. I was commenting on what you said. You don't want to give SISU more money. Well you are by paying on the gate, that is all. Do what you like, I'm not bothered.

That's total conjecture.

How is it total conjecture. The last time I bought a season ticket, it cost me £350. Divide that by 23 home games, that's £15 something. That is fact, not conjecture.

I haven't got an issue. I am waiting in the wings to buy a ST. You have mis-interpreted my post. I was refering to Rupert who was stating he will pay on the gate to not give SISU more money when in fact he is.

@ hill83.....The point in the film(Casino scene) is.....being drugged into a euphoria where they no longer see the "Bigger picture" and don't give a f**k about future consequences.

Ah, ok.
Well you are wrong then, again. Because I'm well aware of the bigger picture I'm just choosing to let things play out on their own for a bit. You know, since things have already taken a massive step in the right direction.
And to even suggest I don't care about the future consequences is worse than anything I've ever said about you.
