To reflect this fairly it should be pointed out that although Swansea and Neath still exist, they are both struggling both on and off the pitch.
Swansea got relegated from the Premier league of Welsh Rugby last season, with Neath just missing out, being the team just above Swansea, whilst both are struggling financially.
I am not saying this would happen with Cov, but it is something to reflect on.
It's also a completely different system, missing the fact Wales regionalised its rugby (to great upset, and a decision that still rankles with many for stripping its soul).
So would be like Midlands, South West, North East and London all forming sides from the best players of those areas, and competing in Europe.
