Seems to work.

Obviously, the top 6 and top 2 positions will be different for U23/U18 from what they currently are but because the ratings are dynamically set then a straight comparison can be made between the U23/U18 team ratings and the first team ratings. It is just a measure of a team's strength in the environment in which they play based on results.
