I can understand your comments, but its far too small of a tightrope. Come 8th and we have to let him go, come 7th and lose in the semi's and he can stay ?. We have to stick with someone for more than a season or so. He has built a team with people on more than 12 month contracts and we have only a few players out of contract this summer (all of whom could go without an impact)
Throw in Jones and Andreu injuries, and we have to keep him to carry on the work so far and give him a chance for next season as a minimum.

For me, 8th or lower he needs to go. failed play off campaign, we need to have a serious look at things and promotion obviously he keeps his job. I just want what is best for the club and not judging him on the past month few games but on everything.

My comment was based on your post46 games go into a season. I said at the start of the season anything below play offs has to be considered failure.
They will be fuming about that, had time to bring it down, have a cup of tea and put it in the goal.If only that wasn’t their CM who found himself in the box in front of goal! Should be 2 for Crawley. Easy chance missed
