I wouldn't. I'd play him at left back and have him bombing forward. We're not going to need to sit back so Dasilva feels the better option for this game.Yeah, I would play him further up.
He really should excel against this level of opposition.
At least every Maidstone player will be guaranteed a pass,( sorry couldn’t resist it ).It’s the type of game Palmer will dominate to be honest
Yeah I’d put Lusala in for Thomas and have Latibeaudiere at CB. Ideally we need a way to rest Eccles too but the only senior players left are Bidwell and Tavares?!Collins
Thomas Kitching Binks
Latibeadiere Eccles Palmer Kelly Dasilva
Godden Simms
Don’t risk Torp, MvE, Wright or O’Hare who have all had injuries this season. Maybe Lusala in at RWB but I’d also want as many from last night out as possible to try and shake off the loss. Wilson, lovely man, never want to see him in a City shirt again.
If they come for a battle, we have nothing.

Don’t go three at the back against these please.
And yes I’d take MVE out for this one. Best thing he’s done since Leicester are the fist bumps at end of each game. Let’s see if Lusala has got anything about him.
Basically throwing the WBA game doing this.

Guessing you mean the size of the pitch?Bearsted FC help recreate the CBS Arena. Just like K Sports did with Portman Road.
If we were doing that, I'd be tempted to give Lusala a run out instead of Lati.Collins

How about three games in a week?Said it on another thread. Got to stop assuming that players can’t play 2 games in a week. Everybody else does it.
They got some kids on the sidelines to shine their phone torches at random intervalsGuessing you mean the size of the pitch?
Ha that as well. We really can’t change it around much anyway. How about three games in a week?
He’s not been the same player since the abuse in SheffieldIt’s the type of opposition Palmer will excel against - his skill and guile against non professional opposition will be fine
His best (or second best, I missed Oxford) game he’s had for us was in the cup replay. He’s just not very good when he has to play against actual decent opposition. He’s not been the same player since the abuse in Sheffield

This silly feud with Kelly needs to come to an end.
We're crying out for a bit of leadership and mental strength. Start him from the beginning and let him get some match fitness for the upcoming games.

Just as a side note, not for you but in general. I'm not sure how hammering Maidstone (if we do) would shake off what happened last night. We are expected to beat them and beat them comfortably. Also playing everyone again, just gives us another "tired" excuse for Fridays game.

Of course it does, players are not anywhere near as emotive about it as you are thank godIf we were doing that, I'd be tempted to give Lusala a run out instead of Lati.

He’s been injured? Infected foot or something. Why has everything got to be blown up into a “feud”? We aren’t the Daily Mail.
And the fact it”s not plastic.Guessing you mean the size of the pitch?
Play our best available team, I include Bobby Thomas in that I put yesterday as just a bad day at the office. I’d definitely play the defence he hopes to play v West Brom.If Maidstone are 3-0 down in 30 minutes I will have a bit more sympathy now.
Yup, he hasn't favoured Kelly for some time, but last night I think it was a needs must situation.I don't know when this latest injury surfaced, but his original one he came back from in November. Since then he's been an unused sub in many games stretching back a series of months and wasn't picked once. It's pretty clear Robins doesn't really want to play him.
There's been plenty of opportunities where we've needed him, unless you are trying to tell me he has been injured for the whole season. Something I doubt is the case as there was a lot of talk that he was going out on loan to get playing time...
