Yeah United aren’t a side that looks to dominate possession. We’ll have some of the ball, our issues will come if we get caught in transition. We will have more possession than people think. I reckon it’ll be more than against Leeds and Southampton at home for example. United are better side when they have less anyway i think given the pace they have on the counter

Dare I say defending set pieces, we’ve conceded frequently from them as of late and Slabhead likes to go forward a lot.Yeah United aren’t a side that looks to dominate possession. We’ll have some of the ball, our issues will come if we get caught in transition.
I'll let you know after we've won.Do we consider this to be the most high profile game of the Robins era? Or is that still the Play Off final?
Realistically Utd are more than likely to score, but Lati at RB makes them realistically likely to score more.View attachment 35136
It's got to be this for me. All the arguments about MVE or Lati at RB are a bit futile for me. Realistically Utd are more than likely to score, regardless of who plays at RB.
Utd concede so many chances to teams who go at them. Everyone knows and does it in the PL now. Seems silly to say, but the only chance we have of beating them is to out attack & out score them. We wont beat them playing safe and scraping a 1-0.
Kelly can’t chase anything anymoreMan Utd tend to utilise fast wide midfield players. Our fullbacks and midfield need to be able to chase and close them down. MVE cant do two jobs and neither can Bidwell. Choosing who to play alongside Sheaf and Eccles to close them down is the key. This isn't really one for Lati given his recent form. Realistically only have Torp and Kelly. Tavares is a good attacking outlet in the current circumstances but he's not a tackler. Same for Wright. Simms covers a lot of ground and digs in when needed.
We can all chase dreams.Kelly can’t chase anything anymore
This is by a mileDo we consider this to be the most high profile game of the Robins era? Or is that still the Play Off final?
This is the most high profile. PO final was more important.Do we consider this to be the most high profile game of the Robins era? Or is that still the Play Off final?
Agree; we'll have 34 kick offs for a startWe will have more possession than people think. I reckon it’ll be more than against Leeds and Southampton at home for example. United are better side when they have less anyway i think given the pace they have on the counter

It’s probably the SF, but if we lose then the game will very quickly slip from public memory.Do we consider this to be the most high profile game of the Robins era? Or is that still the Play Off final?
Genuine Q - has he always been this slow do we think? He’s obviously never been rapid etc, but this season when he’s played it’s like he’s got a parachute on when he runs. I'm sure he wasn't quite as bad in his first couple of seasonsKelly can’t chase anything anymore
Kick fuck out of them if they cheer when Utd scoreSo it seems the club are now happy for Manchester United fans to sit in our end.
Surely we need to take some action to stop this?
You’re already sitting with loads of Man Utd supporting mates any way.So it seems the club are now happy for Manchester United fans to sit in our end.

More bollocks from you I assumeLike I said, the club have sold tickets to Manchester United fans. I’m unsure why our fans aren’t upset with this
